Commercial Maintenance Agreements for Williamsburg, Newport News and Hampton Businesses.
Whether your business is in Newport News, Hampton or Williamsburg, you need to be prepared for the rapid change of seasons in South Hampton Roads.
Summer heat and humidity can be brutal. And just as soon as we get relief with fall, winter descends upon this region with chilly temperatures. Snow? You bet.
When you run a business in southeastern Virginia, you need to be prepared for seasonal extremes.
That’s why Maximum Air offers maintenance plans to business owners in Newport News, Yorktown, Hampton, and Williamsburg. We strive to keep your heating and air conditioning systems working properly and efficiently to save you money and keep your customers comfortable.
Maximum Air has three maintenance plans to choose from for our commercial customers.
The seasonal maintenance plan is for either your heating or your air conditioning system. We will perform an annual inspection following a critical point check list. If parts are needed, you will receive a 10 percent discount on their cost.
The preferred maintenance plan is for both heating and air inspections. We perform inspections twice a year and give 15 percent discount on parts that might be needed. If any problems come up during the year, we will give a discount on our fee to diagnose the problem. We will clean inside and outside the coils. We also check for carbon monoxide leaks.
The premier maintenance plan also includes two annual inspections but with a 20 percent discount on repairs needed. We will clean coils, check for carbon monoxide leaks and add refrigerant for free if it’s needed. Business owners receive a free one-year supply of basic air filters. They also have the option to stock up on factory parts for their system in case of emergencies. Although the cost of parts is not included in the premier plan, the labor to install stocked parts is free. This is a great strategy for people who do not want to have to wait days to get their unit fixed because a part has to be ordered.
When your heating or air system breaks down, you lose business. Don’t let HVAC problems hurt your business and reputation. Keep your customers and staff warm when they want to be and cool when they need to be.
